Hi, I am Lalita, an Integration Coach and Advanced Reiki Practitioner.
Over twenty years ago, I experienced burnout and - on a transformational journey of healing and growth - discovered the power of coaching, reiki and other wellbeing practices that shaped who I am today and how I wish to serve.
