I am honored to connect with you!

I am an Integration Coach and the Founder of Inviting Integration. My coaching approach, Integration with a Foundation of Wellbeing, was born through my life experiences and connects deeply with who I am and how I choose to show up for individuals and organizations today.

I always knew I was born to be of service but, like many, I did not know I could trust and follow my own instincts. I assumed everyone else knew what was best for me, which is how I ended up pursuing a career in investment banking.

After five years of working my way up through leading global financial institutions and two years at business school, I finally landed my “dream job”. But six months in, I experienced burnout. I had worked hard to achieve a goal and yet the impact I had made was neither sustainable nor did it satisfy me. Instead, it made me unwell.

At the time, I had also completed my first silent meditation retreat, which opened my eyes to what was truly important to me. With new awareness, my 8 Pillars of Wellbeing were unofficially born and have served me since.

I wanted a life that integrated all that was meaningful to me, with the opportunity to serve using my unique gifts.

For the next 17 years, I embraced a career in social impact and employee engagement. Mentoring, coaching, and working with people collaboratively were the most rewarding aspects of my career. Always curious, I sought to deepen my understanding of what makes people feel “satisfied” at work and so, I partnered with HR, D&I, and Wellbeing teams to explore interventions that would help employees stay engaged. It was at a coach-led workshop on “leading from the inside-out” that helped me get to the core of what was holding me back. Seeing the impact of this approach planted the seed: I knew I had to become a coach.

My final “aha” moment came when I helped organize a gathering of senior women across several industries and companies. Listening to what many of them were grappling with made me realize that — while they may have reached a fair degree of external success — they were still figuring out who they really were and what they were meant to be doing to create the impact they wished for.

And so began my rewarding journey as an Integration Coach. Now, I partner with both people and organizations committed to their high-potential people to integrate all that is important to them and make a sustainable impact.

I invite you to reach out to me to explore working together.
