  • A series of 8 one-hour 1-1 coaching sessions, on zoom or in person, over 4 months

  • The ELI assessment and debrief
    (90 minutes for debrief)

  • Email support in between coaching sessions

Understanding who you are, what you really want, and what values are most important to you to manifest in your life and work. Understanding how you define the 8 Pillars of Wellbeing in the context of your life.

DEVELOP YOUR VISION

Developing your vision of impact and fulfillment and what change/s you want to make, so you can integrate all that is important to you with a foundation of wellbeing. 

UNDERSTAND WHAT HOLDS YOU BACK

Getting to the root cause of thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back from living your ideal vision and making the changes you desire. This also includes an assessment on how you think, feel, and act when things are going well for you and when you encounter a challenge.  

EXPERIENCE BY DOING

Taking incremental steps to connect your inner being with your vision by creating conditions that enable you to thrive. This includes a continual process of doing, learning, and re-imagining as needed.
