A series of 8 one-hour 1-1 coaching sessions, on zoom or in person, over 4 months
The ELI assessment and debrief (90 minutes for debrief)
Email support between coaching sessions
Liaising with your manager and HR lead to ensure alignment of scope, expectations, and confidentiality

UNCOVER YOUR BEING
Understanding who you are, what you really want, what values are most important to you to manifest in your life and work. Understanding how you define the 8 Pillars of Wellbeing in the context of your life.
DEVELOP YOUR VISION
Developing your vision of impact and fulfillment and what specific change/s you want to make, so you can integrate all that is important to you with a foundation of wellbeing.
UNDERSTAND WHAT HOLDS YOU BACK
Getting to the root cause of thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back from living your ideal vision and making the changes you desire. This also includes taking an assessment on how you think, feel, and act when things are going well for you and when you encounter a challenge.
CONSIDER ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
Understanding how your individual values connect with your organization’s values. Also exploring how your individual impact contributes to your organization’s goals creating a mutually beneficial relationship. Articulating when there may be misalignment and exploring the root cause of this.
EXPERIENCE BY DOING
Taking incremental steps to connect your inner being with your vision by creating conditions that enable you to thrive. This includes a continual process of doing, learning, and re-imagining as needed.
